We are seeking an accomplished Outside Sales Engineer (Mechanical/Instrumentation Apparatus) to generate a high volume of opportunities to targeted companies in Egypt, specifically in the Power and Oil & Gas market, and to progress these opportunities through the sales cycle, resulting in the closure of orders for both renewal and new business.
Requirements include:
Fluent Arabic and English
Candidates must have worked in Egypt for the past 5 years in the Power, Oil & Gas, and Oil Well Drilling market segments, selling directly into the local account base.
5-10 years experience selling into industrial markets, specifically into one of the following verticals: oil & gas, refineries, or power plants, with a history of exceeding quota.
Strong technical background and applications understanding of Oil & Gas and Power processes that focus on the Valves and Instrumentation business.
Technical proficiency also in motors, drives, and controls will be an added value.
Good command of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

We are seeking an accomplished Outside Sales Engineer (Electrical Apparatus) to generate a high volume of opportunities to targeted companies in the Northern Rocky Mountain Region, specifically in Wyoming and Colorado, and to progress these opportunities through the sales cycle, resulting in the closure of orders for both renewal and new business.
Requirements include:
Candidates must have worked in the Wyoming and Colorado areas for the past 5 years in the Surface Mining and Oil & Gas well drilling market segments, selling directly into the local account base.
5-10 years experience selling into industrial markets, specifically into one of the following verticals: oil and gas drilling or operations (preferably drilling), refineries, surface mining, or power plants, with a history of exceeding quota.
Strong technical background and applications understanding of electrical systems that focus on the Power Delivery and Power Utilization site segments for industrial applications, primarily Surface Mining and Oil & Gas well drilling market segments.
Technical proficiency in motors, drives, and controls.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred. A disciplined technical degree in electrics coupled with solid, documented experience will be considered.

Job Position : Customer Service Manager (Distribution Sales) Job Location : Houston, Texas
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for a variety of responsibilities with a positive, flexible and focused attitude. The individual must possess a “hands on” approach and philosophy, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, and take initiative to create solutions to the Company’s remote office requirements. He/she will supervise a Customer Service Representative(s), and possibly a warehouse clerk, and will be responsible for all post sales activities at the branch level. This position reports to the Sales Leader.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to following:
HR facilitator at branch level
Policy and procedure implementation through corporate HR direction.
Time card & employee sick time & vacation time utilization.
Physical Management of Office Building
Ensure employees have proper and functional equipment.
Coordination with building management for maintenance and repair as required.
Selection and oversight of requisite cleaning and trash removal.
Administration of office security system and controlling access.
Coordination of employee phones and Internet access with Corporate IT Dept.
Administrative
Manage branch function calendar.
Prompt delivery of incoming mail and management of outgoing mail.
General clerical duties, such as filing, as required.
Manage all required corporate document reporting such as inventory, sales, cycle counting etc.
Accounting
Handle the Petty Cash Fund in a controlled manner.
Purchase office supplies with fiscal responsibility.
Maintain validity of Customer Sales Tax Exemption Certificates
Customer invoicing
Accounts payable verification
Warehouse Management
Manage Receivables & Deliverables within Axapta system.
Manage Receiving Process
Manage Shipping Process
Inventory management, including Cycle Counting, bin locations, etc.
Maintain Warehouse appearance
Create Packing Slips, fill orders and close out open SO’s/WO’s.
Create complete BOM kit for open WO’s.
Customer Service
Primary customer interface for inquiries on Deliveries, RMA’s, Material availability
Enter Customer PO’s into Axapta, create internal SO’s/WO’s, and modify open PO’s.
Work with Sales to ensure customer PO’s match Argo Quotes.
Update CRM for new customers and contacts.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
5+ years administrative/business experience preferably in the distribution business.
Decision-making ability and confidence in presenting well thought out recommendations to management
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver timely results
Ability to earn the respect and trust of executive management by maintaining high standards of professionalism
Computer literate, with strong skill set in Windows and Microsoft applications. Must be able to work with Axapta system.
